Crowded.

The one star are only for the guides who were charming and fun, and views This hike is not off the beaten path at all! Was very crowded at the location. In addition our group was so booked and crowded so we ended up waiting and waiting for people to catch up, this was 50% of the experience. If you really want a good experience, we did an Airbnb experience hike after with "brandon" that was just amazing! Doht waste your time and money with this company, I recommend that instead.

BEST TOUR EVER!!

Definitely worth every penny and then some!!! You can't pass this up! This was even better than Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica! If you appreciate nature, challenges, and thrills, this is the excursion for you!!! Jonathan was an amazing tour guide, our group was super supportive of one another, and I ended up pushing myself further than I thought I would! Natural waterslides, 13-ft. jumps, rock-climbing, hiking, mud, nature's best pools...I mean, what else could you want! 😁 This is not the trip that coddles you. You have to PUSH past your fears and once you do, it's so worth it!!! When I come back here, I'm gonna do it again!

Experience a bit of Yunque!

James, Luis & Mitchell were great guides in our rain forest adventure. Very punctual with pick up times. Very well informed. I really appreciate how they communicated with the group via text & whatsapp. The tour consisted of rainforest hiking, climbing rocks & sliding down waterfalls. They did a fantastic job despite the large number of participants (23). One tip is- if your are in the back of the group during the hike, you won't hear the descriptions of plants, reminders or other instructions like watch out for that hole- so try to stay up front. I would recommend that the instructions specify that you will 100% get wet & muddy, so rugged water shoes are highly recommended (not the cheaper kind for the beach or Crocs), and that you will not be able to carry a back pack or have time to change your shoes while on the hike. I would also state that watertight pouches for your smartphone or eyeglasses are recommended, and that everything else will be left on the bus during the hike. I would recommend this tour, especially for amateur hikers or first-timers! Don't go into the Yunque alone unless you are an expert familiar with it!

Everything was great. Julian called us family when we all were on this bus and he made it become true. Honestly I would of booked the trip twice had I known it would be this good.
