Safety first

The tour guide was awesome! Unfortunately, the tour was canceled to refund due to our safety. Our guide explained the tide was too high and dangerous and he didn't feel comfortable leading everyone on. I appreciate he putting us all first for our well-being.

A beautiful day trip.

The guides were phenomenal and the forest was gorgeous. Weather made the second half of the hike unsafe (a tropical storm passed through), but going up the mountain and jumping off the rocks into the water in an uncrowded spot (plus transport) was still worth it. Some of our fellow travelers made nuisances of themselves, but Jonathan and Luis displayed the patience of saints. They don't get paid enough to deal with that kind of crap. Since we couldn't get to run the waterslides, we got some extra time at the beach, which was pretty nice on its own.

Frankie - you rock. THIS TOUR IS BETTER THAN THE OTHERS!

Frankie, Chris and Tarzan (the guy who did a double backflip from 100ft into the pool) were AMAZING. Seriously great service, happy to answer any questions and overall just fantastic. BOO to the 20 people (out of 24) who left he bus without tipping at all - not cool man.

Fun slides and jumps

This was a fun way to visit the rainforest. Jonathan was our guide and then we were joined by Justice. Justice was absolutely fantastic! She made us feel really safe and had a great vibe. We found out at the end that it was her very first trip, but I hope she keeps it up because she's a natural! I recommend staying near the front of the group so you're close when guides describe where to place hands/feet to best climb rocks. The life jackets and helmets may seen unnecessary, but they are good to wear and make me feel confident the company knew what they were doing. The location was kind of crowded, but the natural waterslides were really unique and fun and it was super cool to jump into waterfalls! I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing any of this or finding this spot without the guides, so I am glad we booked this tour.

Awesome but a really rough climb (description does not match)

Really cool tour, but the description does not match what we do. It is a little harder than the provided description. Expect to climb and do not expect any easy paths. For example, you climb up a 350 foot mud wall which was not in the description at my time of booking. I loved the water slide and hanging out in the water, but the climbs were rough. Jose was an amazing tour guide though and very helpful. Jamie on the other hand was not as helpful and not the nicest. He needs to work on his attitude. Overall, cool tour but just expect to work really hard to get to the fun activities.

The trip was great. I do not know how to swim but Jonathan made everything extremely comfortable. The tour itself was very fun. Be ready to get dirty and climb rocks. Definitely a very worthy experience.

Whole Lotta Safe Fun

Fantastic experience. Definitely an area of the rain forest that id like to visit again. Beautiful views and exciting fun in the water. Johnathan, Luis, and Justice all were phenomenal at keeping our group safe and together and as well as informing us on some the nature aspects of the forest. Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone except children under like 7 or 8 years old. And I will 100% be returning to this company for the experience. Thank you!
